About Player Washington Storage - North Pickenham

North Pickenham Industrial Area is a 10-acre site designated for industrial and storage use. The site will be gradually developed as potential tenants confirm their needs. The site has planning permission for 24 industrial units, and a portion has already been developed for self-storage units.

Completed Site Developments: 
  • Roadways and drainage in place
  • CCTV installed on boundaries
  • Site levelled tidied
  • Passing places in approach road installed making site more accessible 
  • 2 acre area designated for self storage. 
  • First batch of self storage containers situated 

Planned Site Developments: 
  • Top coat on the entrance section of road
  • Further CCTV and security measures
  • Upgraded fencing to Eastern and Southern boundary (estimated by end of July)
  • Further batches of self storage containers situated (End of August)
  • Building work on first industrial unit (planned September)

Yards 
Industrial yards are suitable for a wide range of purposes, including:
- Storing vehicles, plant, or machinery
- Keeping building materials or stock
- Operating a base for trades or contractors
- Parking for commercial vans or lorries
- Temporary project space
Yards can be provided with or without containers.
